Tip #2 - Determine primary goals: List what your primary goals are by day or by week – whichever is better for you. Again, daily is more practical, because you can zone in on what action you must take for that day.
What exactly do you intend to accomplish today or this week? Be clear and realistic in your goals, so that you can achieve them.
When we have unclear or unrealistic goals for ourselves it often sets us up for failure. If we are not sure where to begin, we often never start. If we have set the bar at an unrealistic level, we avoid it altogether because we don’t believe that we can do it. Set do-able daily or weekly goals that you can chomp up in bite size chunks to accomplish what you want.
